1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

Welcome to Prime Wawel Advisory. By using our services, you agree to the provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our office at 18 Kanonicza St. in Krakow to clarify any doubts.

2. Description of services provided

Prime Wawel Advisory offers consulting in private wealth management, business succession support, and Family Office services. Our support is based on asset analysis and preparing solutions for entrepreneurs' families. We are not a bank or a financial institution; we act as strategic advisors.

3. User responsibilities

As a client, you undertake to provide us with reliable and complete information about your financial state. Without a full picture of the situation, we are unable to provide an appropriate level of safety for your interests. The client is responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations.

4. Intellectual property

All studies, succession plans, wealth analyses, and content contained on our website are the property of Prime Wawel Advisory. We do not permit copying, sharing with third parties, or using our materials without express written consent.

5. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat confidentiality as the foundation of our cooperation. Every conversation held in our office in Krakow and all documents provided to us by the client are protected by professional privilege. We undertake not to disclose our clients' data to any external entities without express consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Our consulting is based on knowledge and experience. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from changes in law or financial market situations beyond our control. Our role is to prepare the best possible strategy based on available facts.

7. Termination of cooperation

Each party has the right to terminate cooperation while maintaining the notice period specified in the individual contract. In the case of a gross violation of confidentiality rules by either party, the cooperation may be broken immediately.

8. Applicable law

Any matters not regulated by these terms are subject to Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters in Krakow.
